While I find it dry in some places, there are noteworthy sections (e.g. statistical tests, n-point correlation functions, etc.). The character of ψ2 then depends upon what kind of measurement I perform on S1. This principle has successfully been applied to all of physics, except for gravity. It is more general and more comprehensive than classical physics alone. Given the substantial success of quantum mechanics in correctly predicting the outcome of every experiment thus far conceived and executed to test it, we would prefer that any mechanism designed to describe what occurs when a measurement is taken does so in the context of standard quantum mechanics, which is to say, does not require a modification of the Shrödinger equation.

Where interpretations differ is in the picture (the visualization) they provide of what is "really" going on in the microscopic world - the so-called "quantum reality." The unification of quantum mechanics with gravity and hence with general relativity has eluded researchers so far (see Theory of everything ). The absurdity of the Many Worlds view and the impossibility of its verification are obvious. I just knew I was accelerating toward the light.
